Return Policy

Vlado products are designed with quality to bring performance to your active life. Customer Service is our priority and our goal is to reach your full and total satisfaction. In the event, that something needs to be returned please reference the guidelines below. Any return that does not comply with our Return Policy will be rejected.

Limited Edition items are not eligible for returns. Size exchanges may be available for some Limited Edition styles at the buyer's cost, but is not guaranteed. Most promotions, offers and coupons are restricted for use with Limited Edition items. Any Limited Edition items shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • Returns
    All returns must include the original retail packaging and accessories. Free items should not be included in the return (posters, stickers, or any type of promotional items). Returned merchandise must be in brand new condition (never worn, unwashed and cannot be altered in any way) and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All refunds will be applied back into the original form of payment. All returns will be processed through inspection. If the return does not comply with our policy and agreement, the return will be rejected. You can start the return process by logging into your account on vladofootwear.com. A Vlado Footwear representative will review your request and will e-mail you a prepaid return label to ship the item(s) back to us. Prepaid return labels are only provided for brand new item returns only and is subject to approval. Items that have been worn, washed or altered cannot be returned and therefore your return request will be rejected.

  • Exchanges
    Orders placed on/after September 19, 2019: With the introduction of prepaid returns, Vlado Footwear no longer provides size and color exchanges. You may opt to return the item for a refund, subject to approval. For damaged or defective items, please follow our return procedure.
    Orders placed before September 19, 2019: You can start the return process by logging into your account on vladofootwear.com. (If you didn't set a password, or forgot it, you can reset it by going here: https://vladofootwear.com/login.php?action=reset_password). Please be sure to write what color or size you would like to exchange to in the return notes. 

  • International Customers
    Vlado Footwear does not accept returns nor approve exchanges for any international orders. All sales are final.
  • Miscellaneous Fees or Charges
    All returns must be packed in a outer shipping bag or box. The use of the product or shoe box as a shipping box will incur a $5.00 damage fee. If the returned item is not brand new or shows signs of wear, the return will be rejected at the buyer's expense and no refunds will be issued and any prepaid return label costs will be billed.

Return and Exchanges Procedures

  1. Log in to your account on https://vladofootwear.com/login.php  (If you didn't set a password, or forgot it, you can reset it by going here: https://vladofootwear.com/login.php?action=reset_password)
  2. On your order list, please click on the Return Items? link.
  3. Select the items you wish to return.
  4. Select an option for Return Reason.
  5. Select an option for Return Action (the Replacement option is only valid for damaged or defective returns only. For all other returns, please select Refund or Store Credit).
  6. Click Submit Return Request. A customer service representative will get back to your request usually within 1-3 business days. Additional documentation may be requested by the representative. Failure to send in any requested documents will result in a rejected return.

 

Guidelines

  1. Lost shipments are not the responsibility of vladofootwear.com.
  2. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  3. You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Vlado Footwear will not replace the contents of the package.
  4. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment or store credit.
  5. Our return policy only applies to U.S. Domestic Orders.
  6. Returns without a return form or RMA # will NOT be processed.
  7. A return request must be submitted within 30 days of item delivery.
  8. Once a return is approved, the item must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of approval.

 

In-Store Returns

When returning your product directly to a Vlado Footwear Showroom location, please bring a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip along with the unworn merchandise. Information on these documents is needed to expedite the return at the Showroom. We only accept returns from purchases made through our showroom and vladofootwear.com.

 

LED Pack Lyte II Purchase Agreement

Return and exchange policies do not apply for the Lyte II shoes. Every pair is checked thoroughly before shipment, and any damages that affect the technical usage of the LED chipset system that occur after it leaves our warehouse will not be covered for returns or exchanges. The return policy on the Lyte II is 30-days for manufacture defect on the materials only (excludes all technical aspects such as: wiring, chipset box, battery, switch, and LEDs), and the item must be un-worn, un-washed, can not have any signs of usage and can not be altered in any way. Any LED pack items shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
