Vlado products are designed with quality to bring performance to your active life. Customer Service is our priority and our goal is to reach your full and total satisfaction. In the event, that something needs to be returned please reference the guidelines below. Any return that does not comply with our Return Policy will be rejected.
All returns must include the original retail packaging and accessories. Free items should not be included in the return (posters, stickers, or any type of promotional items). Returned merchandise must be in brand new condition (never worn, unwashed and cannot be altered in any way). All refunds will be applied back into the original form of payment. All returns will be processed through inspection. If the return does not comply with our policy and agreement, the return will be rejected.
We offer exchanges with a processing fee of $4.95. Exchanges will be processed as a normal return and a new replacement order will be created on your behalf. For security reason, we do not keep any credit card information on file. You will be contacted by one of Vlado’s customer service representatives via phone to collect processing fees (if any). Vlado Footwear does not accept returns nor approve exchanges for any international orders. All sales are final.
Visit http://www.amazon.com/returns to print a return un-paid shipping label. Please have your order ID ready.
Return and Exchanges Procedures
- Submit a return request by e-mailing email@example.com
- A customer service representative will e-mail you with a return form and RMA # to return your package. If your return request is denied, a reason for the decision will be e-mailed to you
- Print the complete return form and include the size you’re exchanging the item for. (If you do not have a printer, please include your invoice with the RMA # provided to you on the form.)
- Do not use shoe box as your shipping box. A fee of $5.00 will be charged if used as shipping box.
- Pack your return in the original packaging with the completed Return Form.
- Send your return to Vlado Footwear at the address provided on the Return Form.
- Shipping and handling fees for returns are your responsibility. Return fees are non-refundable.
- Lost shipments are not the responsibility of vladofootwear.com.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Vlado Footwear will not replace the contents of the package.
- All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Our return policy only applies to U.S. Domestic Orders.
- Returns without a return form or RMA # will NOT be processed.
When returning your product directly to a Vlado Footwear Showroom location, please bring a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip along with the unworn merchandise. Information on these documents is needed to expedite the return at the Showroom. We only accept returns from purchases made through our showroom and vladofootwear.com.
LED Pack Lyte II Purchase Agreement
Return and exchange policies do not apply for the Lyte II shoes. Every pair is checked thoroughly before shipment, and any damages that affect the technical usage of the LED chipset system that occur after it leaves our warehouse will not be covered for returns or exchanges. The return policy on the Lyte II is 30-days for manufacture defect on the materials only (excludes all technical aspects such as: wiring, chipset box, battery, switch, and LEDs), and the item must be un-worn, un-washed, can not have any signs of usage and can not be altered in any way. Any LED pack items shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
