Order status

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The time it will take for your order to be delivered varies on when you placed the order, by the shipping method you selected and more importantly, will vary depending on where the order is being delivered to.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service department to start a return.

How do I track my order?

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to confirm that your order was received. This e-mail will contain your order number which you will need to track your order.

If you face any issues while tracking your order, or the status of the order hasn't changed in 48 hours, please contact our customer service team, so they can further assist you.

Where can I purchase / reload a Vlado Gift Card?

You can conveniently purchase or reload your Vlado Gift Card at our Showroom or online. If you want to purchase/reload a Vlado Gift Card at our showroom, visit us during our normal business hours and talk to a cashier.

At this time, gift cards can not be reloaded online. Please call our customer service team and they will assist you.

You can also check your balance or view your history (if visiting the showroom, the cashier will print your history for you, upon your request) anytime.

How do I redeem my Vlado Gift Card?

Redeeming your Vlado Gift Card is easy!

Online: Shop as you would normally, and during checkout, an area for gift card redemption will be displayed to you. (Only for US Domestic Orders)

Vlado Showroom: Upon checking out, give the cashier your gift card as you would cash.

We proudly accept Amazon Payments, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Vlado Gift Cards.

Please note: We do not accept international debit or credit cards, or any gift cards other than vlado gift cards. NEVER send us cash!

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

We only charge sales tax for any orders shipped to California. If your item is being shipped to anywhere other than California, you will not be charged any sales tax.

Can I place an International Order?

Yes! We gladly ship worldwide with the exclusion of a very small number of countries. If your country is not listed in the country field at checkout, we do not ship to that country at this time.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when your order reaches your country. Vlado Footwear is not responsible for taxes and customs charges, please check your local country's policies.

How do I use a discount/coupon code?

To redeem a discount or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field on the checkout page. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling. You must click "redeem" in order for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be displayed on the shopping cart and Order Summary pages. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the shopping bag, a discount will not be applied.
